PROCESSING TIME: 

Our processing time consists of order verification, product tailoring, product quality check, and packaging. Due to the high volume of orders at the moment, our processing time is 1-2 business days. 

SHIPPING TIME:

For all US order, shipping times are business 2-5 days. International shipping times range between 5-15 days business days. 

All orders will receive tracking numbers with live updates on your package. All tracking information will be sent within 24 - 72 hours. If you have not received your tracking number within this time-frame, please reach out to our customer support team at support@trywonderfuel.com

NOTE: If you are ordering from an island state/country, shipping times may be delayed due to global shipping constraints. 

CANCELLATIONS:

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us support@trywonderfuel.com. If your order has already shipped out, we will not be able to cancel your order. This also applies to all subscription orders.
